1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating a CashSurveys account means you accept these Terms of Service, alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To earn on CashSurveys you need to be 18 or older and have an M-Pesa number registered in your own name.

3. Survey Participation

Rewards are credited for genuine, fully completed submissions only. Submitting fraudulent or duplicate responses can lead to your account being suspended.

4. Payments

Once your balance reaches the KSh 200 minimum, earnings are paid out to the M-Pesa number on your account.

5. Account Termination

CashSurveys reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be breaching these terms.
